We are excited to announce that Abeer Al Mahmeed, Compliance & Performance Manager, Global Business Team at Batelco, part of the Beyon Group, is a Speaker for Touchdown Middle East 2023! Abeer will feature on the panel, Women in Infrastructure: A GCC Review, which will take place on Day 1, 21^st November, at 15:55

This panel will look at how the GCC digital infrastructure community fairs when it comes to gender diversity and equality in the workplace. Abeer is joined by Zenab Abbas, Data Centre Marketing Advisor Specialist, and Takwa Dawdi, award-winning Senior Electrical Engineer from RED on the panel.

Abeer Al Mahmeed started her career at Batelco in 1999 as a junior programmer in the IT Department and has continued to develop her skills and knowledge to specialize in the Global Business Strategy and Planning and Performance Management disciplines. She currently works as Compliance & Performance Manager with Batelco’s Global Business Team. Her strong knowledge of IT systems and technical background has enabled her to innovatively simplify the tedious work of analyzing data into intelligence, which contributes towards strategic decision making, strategy formulation and market analysis.

Her recent activities include the successful development of Sales Opportunity and Lead Generation management, enhancing sales commission and automating performance management through Power BI.
