This panel will dive into Saudi’s fast-evolving data centre market, the role the market plays comparative to Europe and Asia’s markets, and whether this huge growth is paving the way for the Kingdom to become the region’s hub.
Stephen is a Regional Partner with Knight Frank, responsible for the Valuation & Advisory business of the firm across MENA. He has been in the Middle East for 16 years, with the last 12 of those with Knight Frank and heads a team of c. 40 valuation professionals across 5 countries and 7 offices. He provides real estate advisory services to a wide range of clients including banks, developers, governments, sovereign wealth funds, investment funds and family offices. Given the significant growth of, and client interest in, the Data Centre sector in the Middle East, Knight Frank have built a local team and capability in the region to work closely with our Global Data Centre team, to provide informed advice to landowners, developers and investors.
