We are thrilled to announce Stephen Beard, Co-Head of Global Data Centres at Knight Frank will be joining Touchdown Middle East 2023 as a Speaker. Stephen will feature on our Investment and development of data centre assets in the GCC taking place on Day 1 of the conference, 21st November at 15:20.
This panel will look at the opportunities and challenges of developing and investing in data centres in the GCC region. Andrew Thomson, Partner & Head of Real Estate at Al Tamimi will be Chair of the panel, with John Rippingale, Managing Director at Sudlows Consulting, and Joe McCaffrey, CEO at Duke McCaffrey also joining.
Stephen has a wealth of expert experience across all transactional services within the data centres sector including colocation acquisition, site acquisition and sale, sale and leaseback and general investment. He has acquired colocation space across 30+ global markets and has advised on over $1bn of data centre transactions. Stephen has a detailed knowledge of the EMEA, APAC and LATAM markets and an extensive sector network including colocation customers, data centre operators, telecommunication providers and hyperscale cloud.
