We are thrilled to announce Gary Watson, Country Manager, Keppel Data Centre REIT Ireland, will be joining Touchdown Middle East 2023 as a Speaker. Gary will feature on our Looking Out: An international perspective on the GCC data centre market panel, taking place on Day 1, 21st November at 14:00.
The panel will provide an outlook on the GCC data centre market today from international players. A look at their ambitions in the region, and what challenges and opportunities outside players face when entering the GCC market.
With over 30 years’ experience of working across the telecoms, data centre, managed services and cloud sector across Europe, Gary is an expert, well-regarded stakeholder and influencer in the Cloud and DC marketplace today. Gary was appointed as the Country Manager in 2016 for Keppel Data Centre REIT in Ireland. Keppel DC REIT is the first data centre real estate investment trust (DC REIT) to be listed in Asia with facilities spanning across APAC and Europe. Gary has held numerous Senior Management positions in TeleCity and SunGard Availability Services and sits as a serving member of Host in Irelands Executive Council. Gary holds a MSc in Facilities and Workplace Management from London Metropolitan University.
