Islam Salim is an experienced professional with a background in Engineering B.Sc. in Electronics & Communications. He has also obtained a leadership certification from eCornell University, USA. With over 17 years of experience in the ICT & Telecom industry, Islam is an expert in digital revolutions and innovations. His passion for these advancements is evident through his international speaking engagements at various technology conferences, where he shares his valuable expertise and insights.
Currently, Islam holds a prominent position as the head of Batelco Bahrain Enterprise Products. Leveraging his extensive experience, he excels in developing, deploying, and managing diverse transformation projects and digital product portfolios. His areas of focus include digitalization, data centers, smart cities, sustainability, automation, XaaS, and data analytics.
