Musab Abdullah is the Executive Director of Business Development at Bahrain Economic Development Board
(EDB), responsible for attracting inward investment in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT)
sector.
With a career spanning over two decades, Musab has worked in the telecommunications sector for over half his
career: including as a policymaker with the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT) and as a
regulator with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA). His work focused on developing the sector by
introducing forward looking-policies and spearheading national projects in telecommunications, e-government
and financial services.
Musab holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Bahrain and an MSc in Finance from DePaul
University
