Analyses Masons’s Johann Adjovi joins as a moderator at Touchdown Middle East!

Johann is a Partner at Analysys Mason and has been based in the GCC for over ten years. Johann has 20 years’ experience in the Telecoms Media and Technology sector. He has led a wide range of consulting engagements, advising C-level executives on their corporate strategy and operational implementation, supporting regulators and governments on national regulatory policy and advising on many of the major M&A transactions across the region. His topic expertise spans infrastructure/business strategy, spectrum, international connectivity business, core regulation, as well as transaction support for fibre networks, telecoms towers, operators and data centres. He has conducted more than 20 data centre transaction projects in the region, including equity/debt/valuation transactions, for sell-side or buy-side. A recent flagship transaction he supported is the sale of an equity stake into the Gulf Data Hub platform to private equity funds KKR. Johann is a certified Board member from the French Institute of Director (IFA-Science Po), and he also holds three Master’s degrees: one in telecommunications engineering, one in corporate finance, and one in science.
