We are thrilled to announce that Asim Ansari, Director, General Manager – Edge & Telecoms EMEA & APAC from Airedale by Modine will be joining Touchdown Middle East 2024 as a speaker! Asim will feature on our panel ‘Powering the digital age: Exploring the data centres of tomorrow’ taking place on Day 1 of the conference, 26thNovember at 12:05.
This panel will look at how the future of data centre design, engineering, and infrastructure is changing given the pressures for higher performance and energy efficiency vs increased data consumption and the boom in AI.
Asim Ansari is General Manager of the Edge and Telecoms division – EMEA & APAC, at Airedale by Modine. Asim’s 34 years of industry experience affords him an in-depth knowledge of critical cooling within data centers, specifically in the Middle East and Asian regions.
Asim joined Airedale by Modine in 1990 as applications engineer. He soon advanced his career to become Export Sales Manager, then Commercial Director, before moving into his current role as General Manager. As Export Manager, Asim was able to immerse himself in the industry in the Middle East, furnishing him with a comprehensive knowledge of thermal management within the region. In his current role, Asim has responsibility for the development and expansion of Airedale by Modine in the EMEA and APAC regions – his wealth of experience in these geographical areas making him perfectly placed to do so.
