As Head of Data Centres at Knight Frank, Stephen leads all transactional activity across colocation, site acquisition and sale, sale & leaseback, and investment. He has advised on more than US$2 Bn in data centre transactions and acquired colocation space across 30+ global markets.
Stephen has a detailed knowledge of the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets, supported by a strong network of colocation customers, data centre operators, telecommunication providers, and hyperscale cloud clients. He has advised data centre operators and landowners on transactions totalling over US$1 Bn and 1 GW of IT power, and on M&A transactions exceeding a total value of US$5 Bn.
