Joe is the Managing Director of DMC Global Partners and heads up our digital infrastructure, renewables, data centre business including strategic growth, client relationship management and productivity. He is an energetic, hands on, self-motivated professional Chartered Project Manager, with specific expertise in the cost management of large scale mechanical and electrical services on technically challenging projects in Data Centre, Hotel and Leisure, large scale residential and office fit out projects across Ireland, UK, Europe, Middle East and the US with values of $10m to $1BN+.
He has a proven track record in team leadership, organisation, planning and management, through the implementation of effective strategy, maintaining budgets, excellent interpersonal skills, quickly developing top-level relationships while working within tight time constraints to achieve results. Joe is currently working on some of the most complex data centre projects for global funds, data centre developers, hyperscalers and owner operators including Batelco, Digitus, Echelon, TechRE, Keppel Data Centre REIT, Digital Realty and Global Switch.
