Stephen will join our panel ‘Establishing the GCC as a global data centre hub: Unpacking the drivers of demand and investment’ taking place on Day 1 of the conference, 26th November at 11:30.
This panel will look at the opportunities and challenges of developing and investing in data centres in the GCC region and what advantages the GCC can offer in comparison to its global counterparts.
As Head of Data Centres at Knight Frank, Stephen brings with him a wealth of expert experience across all transactional services including colocation acquisition, site acquisition and sale, Sale & Leaseback and general investment. He has acquired colocation space across 30+ global markets and has advised on over $2bn of data centre transactions. Stephen has a detailed knowledge of the EMEA, APAC AND LATAM markets and an extensive sector network including colocation customers, data centre operators, telecommunication providers and hyperscale cloud.
