The Keynote \u2013 Unification of Data Centre Operations Management<\/strong> \u2013 will take place on Day 1 of the conference, 21st<\/sup> November at 15:00,<\/strong> and will focus on the benefits of unifying mission-critical operations at the facilities level.<\/p>\n

Kev is an experienced professional in the data centre & controls industry. His preferred style of working is from the inception stage, to enable a consultative evolution, through to implementation and the transition to operations. Execution of a process is paramount in ensuring a successful transition through the complex stages of design, implementation with a seamless transition to operational management, not a handover.<\/p>\n

\u201cDowntime is not an option. A novel rational to unify mission-critical operations at the facilities echelon, via an autonomous methodology, amalgamating personnel with technology, preserving uptime, mitigating costs, risks and sustainability. Is this obtainable? \u00a0Emerging technologies promises to shift the contemporary paradigm. Traditional control systems maybe commoditised, with the continuous digital disruption and technological innovations.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe unification of operational building management is becoming more available with technological innovations. Human Machine Interoperability \u2013 HMI, is continuing to enhance maintenance, automating fault detection, predictive maintenance analytics, machine learning, with Artificial Intelligence identifying asset anomalies, averting downtime and forecasting time to failure.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Kev has worked on major projects and transformations throughout his career, involving most aspects of complex engineering & technology projects, in the data centre. An active Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology & a Member of the Chartered Association for Project Management, he remains very enthusiastic about the way HMI will change our dimension.<\/p>\n\n\t
