We are excited to announce that Priyanka Nagpal<\/a>, Data Center Lead \u2013 MEA, Director \u2013 Strategy Advisory from JLL <\/strong>will be joining Touchdown Middle East 2024 as a speaker! Priyanka will join our panel \u2018A roundtable talk: Women shaping the digital landscape\u2019 <\/strong>taking place on Day 1 <\/strong>of the conference, 26th<\/sup> November<\/strong> at 16:15.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This roundtable discussion will dig into how the digital infrastructure community is fairing and what further measures can be taken to reach gender equity.<\/p>\n

With over 11 years of real estate research, pricing and acquisition strategy, consumer analytics and data centre experience, Priyanka holds a reputation as an ethical and reliable advisor in the corporate real estate domain across the region. She has an extensive skill set specific to data centre advisory, with over five years of dedicated experience working on data centre projects.<\/p>\n

As a core team member of the JLL Data Centre team, Priyanka has experience in the establishment and development of business networks, transaction advisory, business expansion strategies, land acquisition\/deal execution, colocation transactions, consulting, and industry research. Priyanka proactively engages in ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement with her experience in site acquisitions advisory and colocation advisory with respect to on-premises versus migration advantages. Moreover, she is involved in business development activities such as research and consulting for companies looking for data centre business expansions along with the development and execution of business strategies. Priyanka also collaborates and supports data centre businesses by managing requirements, preparing proposals and assessing client requirements by providing input on pricing, proposal discussions, financial analysis, market intelligence and overall governance.<\/p>\n\n\t
