We are excited to announce that Enas Al Fardan<\/a>, Director of Strategy and Business Excellence from Batelco<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>will be joining Touchdown Middle East 2024 as a speaker! Enas will join our panel \u2018A roundtable talk: Women shaping the digital landscape\u2019 <\/strong>taking place on Day 1 <\/strong>of the conference, 26th<\/sup> November<\/strong> at 16:15.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This roundtable discussion will dig into how the digital infrastructure community is fairing and what further measures can be taken to reach gender equity.<\/p>\n

With over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Enas Al Fardan serves as the Director of Strategy and Business Excellence at Batelco, the leading telecom provider in Bahrain and a key entity under the Beyon Group. In this role, Enas drives Batelco’s strategy planning, communication, and execution monitoring, overseeing multiple transformative projects that support Batelco’s growth and innovation. She also leads vital aspects of Business Excellence, including process development, improvement, and governance, and champions customer experience initiatives. Before transitioning to strategy and business excellence, Enas spent six years in product management, focusing on the Fixed Internet portfolio and its value-added services.<\/p>\n

Enas’s expertise and leadership have been widely recognized. She was named among GTB London’s “40 Under 40” list in 2011 and 2012, spotlighting her as an influential young leader in telecom. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing from the University of Bahrain and an MBA from Strathclyde University. She holds certifications in Balanced Scorecard, Agile Fundamentals, eTOM Fundamentals, and eTOM Practitioner, and is a frequent speaker and panelist at international telecom and management conferences. Beyond her professional career, Enas is committed to social causes, with over 22 years of volunteer work.<\/p>\n\n\t
