Stephen will join our panel <strong>\u2018Establishing the GCC as a global data centre hub: Unpacking the drivers of demand and investment\u2019 <\/strong>taking place on <strong>Day 1 <\/strong>of the conference, <strong>26<sup>th<\/sup> November<\/strong> at <strong>11:30.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This panel will look at the opportunities and challenges of developing and investing in data centres in the GCC region and what advantages the GCC can offer in comparison to its global counterparts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>As Head of Data Centres at Knight Frank, Stephen brings with him a wealth of expert experience across all transactional services including colocation acquisition, site acquisition and sale, Sale &amp; Leaseback and general investment. He has acquired colocation space across 30+ global markets and has advised on over $2bn of data centre transactions.
