Stephen will feature on our panel <strong><em>Development growth in Saudi<\/em><\/strong> which will take place on <strong>Day 2, 22nd\u00a0November at 15:50.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This panel will dive into Saudi&#8217;s fast-evolving data centre market, the role the market plays comparative to Europe and Asia&#8217;s markets, and whether this huge growth is paving the way for the Kingdom to become the region\u2019s hub.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen is a Regional Partner with Knight Frank, responsible for the Valuation &amp; Advisory business of the firm across MENA. He has been in the Middle East for 16 years, with the last 12 of those with Knight Frank and heads a team of c. 40 valuation professionals across 5 countries and 7 offices. He provides real estate advisory services to a wide range of clients including banks, developers, governments, sovereign wealth funds, investment funds and family offices.
