Stephen will feature on our <strong><em>Investment and development of data centre assets in the GCC <\/em><\/strong>taking place on<strong> Day 1 <\/strong>of the conference,<strong> 21<sup>st<\/sup> November at 15:20.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This panel will look at the opportunities and challenges of developing and investing in data centres in the GCC region. <strong>Andrew Thomson<\/strong>, Partner &amp; Head of Real Estate at Al Tamimi will be Chair of the panel, with <strong>John Rippingale<\/strong>, Managing Director at Sudlows Consulting, and <strong>Joe McCaffrey<\/strong>, CEO at Duke McCaffrey also joining.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen has a wealth of expert experience across all transactional services within the data centres sector including colocation acquisition, site acquisition and sale, sale and leaseback and general investment. He has acquired colocation space across 30+ global markets and has advised on over $1bn of data centre transactions.
